With the recent foreign investment into Manchester City the new owners wanted to improve the existing training facilities at the Carrington Training Centre. To do this they installed a mezzanine floor into the existing Conditioning area to create a second floor. So that the players would not lose valuable time in the gym the Club decided to do this during the recent International break which meant a very tight timescale to get the work carried out and equipment installed and commissioned. Perform Better’s installation team installed the equipment overnight to ensure that the facility reopened on time. The equipment installed included: 4 x Full Power Racks with lifting platforms, 4 x Hip Flexor/Dipping stations, 4 x Adjustable benches, Olympic bars, Ivanko Calibrated Olympic discs, Power sleds,2 x Flowins and Gymsticks. The club also developed a Warm up/down area at the City of Manchester Stadium and Perform Better installed 15 Keiser M3 Spinning Bikes and stretch mats for the players.
