Perform Better recently supplied new equipment into the Conditioning Room at the Sunderland Football Club's Academy if Light Training Ground. Two new Power Racks were installed along with two new Lifting Platforms to add to the two existing platforms. A set of stackable Plyometric boxes with technique scoops were also supplied. In addition a range of Functional Training equipment was supplied including: Powerbags, Medicine balls, ankle weights and mats. Sunderland also added three of the new Wattbikes for players to use for Rehab and Cardio-Vascular workouts.
