Perform Better have recently completed upgrading the Strength & Conditioning Room at Manchester United’s Carrington Training Ground. Two new bespoke Lifting platforms have been installed each including 5 lifting stations in addition a full set of Ivanko Olympic discs, Olympic bars, Technique boxes, an MVP shuttle and 20 metre 2 lane sprint track. Perform Better have also installed a bespoke lifting platform to house a Hur Force platform into the Sports Science laboratory.
