Perform Better and Catapult are excited to announce that after evaluation of Catapult’s minimaxX system and competitor’s products- Middlesbrough Football Club and University of Teesside have become the latest Catapult customer in the United Kingdom.
Middlesbrough FC are one of the most experienced clubs in Europe in the use of GPS based athlete tracking and they have a deep understanding of the technology and their needs. Catapult plans to consult with Middlesbrough FC and University of Teesside in the development and validation of new features and technologies over the next several years. Chris Barnes, Head of Sports Science at Middlesbrough FC said “We have a lot of faith in Catapult and we look forward to a long and fruitful relationship in the future.”
