Perform Better run Electrical Stimulation Workshops for RFU, WRU and Chelsea.

Perform Better ran a number of Workshops in December 2008 on how to use Electrical Muscle Stimulation with Performance athletes. Heiko van Vliet- Compex's Training expert- presented to the England Rugby Physio team and most of the Premiership Physios at a Workshop held at Franklins Gardens- Northampton.  The following day the WRU hosted a Workshop at their Training HQ near Cardiff for their National Squad Physiotherapy team and Strength & Conditioning team. 

Chelsea FC hosted a Workshop with Heiko van Vliet at their Training Centre in Cobham for their Physiotherapy and Strength & Conditioning Team.  For more information on Perform Better's Workshop programme please see the Workshop section of the website.
