Spurs and Sunderland Football Clubs are the latest Premiership Clubs to have used Perform Better Ltd to equip their Conditioning Facilities. Spurs have installed a large Performance Lifting Platform along with a range of benches. Sunderland FC have installed two Squat Racks and two free standing lifting platforms into their training ground Conditioning facility.
Perform Better have also recently equipped Manchester City, Blackburn Rovers and Coventry City Conditioning Rooms.
