Perform Better have been selected to supply equipment to the new Strength and Conditioning Facility at the Parc Eirias facility in Colwyn Bay, N.Wales. The new facility will be used by Welsh Rugby as a regional training facility and mirrors the facilities at the National Training Centre in Cardiff. The facility comprises a 30m x 10m Conditioning Room which includes 6 Power Racks and Lifting Platforms, a full range of disc loading strength equipment, 7 pieces of Keiser Air equipment, Eleiko and Ivanko discs and bars, Concept Rowers, Xtrainer and Ski Erg. There is also a testing area with a Force platform built into a bespoke lifting platform and a 30m sprint track with timing system.
The Parc Eirias facilty also includes a full size 3G indoor training area, changing rooms with contrast baths, rugby stadium with 2,500 capacity covered grandstand and running track.
