Iso-Lever Chest Press has a dual axis variable resistance mechanism. Dual axis technology allows the user to perform a larger range of movement while incorporating two directions of resistance.The exercise is started from a wide grip, the arms are pressed forwards and inwards following the bodies natural arcs towards and away from the body (arm adduction with arm extension).
