The Fitrodyne is a portable training tool which enables you to determine power output and bar speed in training and testing. The Fitrodyne unit attaches to an Olympic bar, weight stack or athlete and measures velocity in metres per second up to a 2.6 metre range if motion. The weight being lifted is entered into the handheld unit and the unit will give you power output, % of maximum and speed of the bar in m/s.
There is an option of either LCD or LED screens- the LED screen is larger and can be mounted on a tripod in front of the athlete to give feedback.
New peak power unit now available- this unit displays peak speed and peak power as well as averages.
