Tottenham Hotspur FC have added additional free weights equipment to their Conditioning Room at their Spurs Lodge Training facility this summer. Perform Better have supplied a specially designed large sized Lifting platform for the facility along with a range of benches. In addition Perform Better supplied a range of Olympic discs and bars and a range of functional training equipment including resistance bands and sledges.
