Perform Better have recently been involved in a number of Strength and Conditioning Room developments with Championship and League One teams.

Sheffield Wednesday FC replaced all the equipment in their facility which included: Power Rack and Lifting Platform, four pieces of Single station equipment, benches, dumbells plus a range of CV equipment including: Woodway treadmill, Cybex Treadmill, 10 Keiser M3 bikes and Wattbikes. Fleetwood Town FC are in the process of building a new training facility- while it is being built they set two temporary gyms in prefab buildings. Perform Better supplied two Half Racks and Lifting Platforms, Olympic bars and discs, dumbells, benches plus a range of CV equipment including 6 Keiser M3 bikes, Concept 2 Rowers.
